I offer an introspective enquiry that takes place in the form of a dialogue between client and therapist. This dialogue can be verbal as well as explored through the creative media.
You can rely on a confidential, non-judgmental and non-confrontational space to explore feelings and emotions at your own pace.
I graduated with distinction from the MA Drama and Movement Therapy at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, London. I am a registered member of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). I abide to the HCPC standard of proficiency and follow their code of ethics. I attend regular clinical supervision from two different modalities to further support my practice.
Alongside my private practice, I work as therapist for a charity which focus on the sexual health and wellbeing of LGBTQI+ people in London.
You can contact me to arrange an initial assessment where we both take time to understand if we can work with each other. I hope our initial meeting will allow you to talk freely about what brought you to me, along with any goals you may wish to achieve. You will gain an idea about the way I work, you can check if you are comfortable with me and my approach and ask me anything that you need to know. I will take the time to explain my policy on confidentiality, fees and cancellations.
I am strongly committed to anti-discrimination. I value difference and diversity and do not discriminate on the grounds of age, gender and gender identity, sexual preference or orientation, marital/partnership status, religion, race, colour, national origin, disability, heritage or political belief. I can hold sessions both in English or Italian.
